- アカデミー賞作品賞をはじめ、ゴールデン・グローブ賞や日本アカデミー賞など、世界の映画賞を総なめにしたオリバー・ストーン監督の代表作『プラトーン』。ダムトイは今回、物語の軸となる新兵のクリス・テイラー（演: チャーリー・シーン）を1/6スケールのアクションフィギュアとして立体化しました。
- 素体は全高約30センチ30箇所以上の可動ポイントを備え、ヘッドは視線が変えられる眼球可動ギミックを搭載。リアルな肌の質感を実現するため、一つ一つハンドペイントで塗装しています。服装や装備品についてもダムトイがこれまで培ってきた技術力をいかんなく発揮し、ベトナムに配属されたアメリカ陸軍のトロピカル・コンバット・ユニフォーム（TCU）、ロケットランチャーやマチェーテ、グレネードなどのアクセサリーも細部まで精巧に再現しています。
